ABOUT
I have been helping organisations unlock the potential of their people for over 20 years, working with public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
I've also worked with leaders across the spectrum, from the US Federal Government, to global management teams to helping multi-agencies adapt the way they work with vulnerable youngsters.
Educated at Harvard and with a degree in Systems Engineering, I combine academic rigour with a passionate belief that everybody has something to contribute. It's just a question of unlocking it!
